Herbie went to a home where he decided to use the bed as a litter box. It wasn't possible with this home to keep him out of the bedroom, but he has been back with us for over a month and had zero litter box accidents so my suggestion is: don't let him be in your bedroom :) He'd probably be great as an office cat too!
